I've lost track of Ivan and Lloyd, but Billy is still around and will be at the 40th Anniversary.
With regards to Lloyd and Ivan. I have learnt that Lloyd passed away in the early nineties. (ref The Shoestring Pirates 1994 edition) I think Ivan lived on the Barrier.
Ivan Guard, probably one of the greatest 500 players ever, lived on Great Barrier Island.
